Important Shipping Information

Thank you for your order. Our web site currently offers only an estimate of shipping charges based on the weight of products. Additional charges may be required for heavy items, very large items, and hazardous goods. The number of items ordered and shipping speed are also a factors in the final price. We will calculate the shipping charges on your order and include them on the copy of your bill that you receive on delivery. Please contact us for an exact quote.

• A minimum shipping charge of $15.00 applies to all Canadian packages.
• Our products are shipped by UPS who may apply additional charges based on residential or rural deliveries.
• Hazardous goods are subject to a $50.00 additional fee by ground, and $90.00 by air.

Our Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on most products within 30 days. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and may be asked to cover shipping charges for both sending and receiving the item. All custom-ordered products are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods

We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit, and packages should be examined before accepting them from the courier. All damage claims should be made to the carrier. Please notify us of missing products or incomplete orders within 48 hours of receipt.

Methods of Payment

Currently, we accept VISA and MasterCard. However, we only accept cards that have been issued in Canada or the United States. Please note that all our prices are in Canadian Dollars.
